Bootcamp des Pulp In Action Konsortiums zusammen \u2013 einem internationalen Leuchtturmprojekt f\u00fcr kollaborative Materialinnovation und faserbasierte Verpackungsl\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Nanopool ist die Teilnahme an diesem Konsortium weit mehr als ein Branchentreffen \u2013 sie ist Ausdruck einer gelebten Innovationspartnerschaft. Als Entwickler der patentierten Fl\u00fcssigglastechnologie SiOPack\u00ae sind wir stolz, Teil dieses hochkar\u00e4tigen Netzwerks zu sein, in dem zukunftsweisende Ideen nicht nur diskutiert, sondern direkt in konkrete Produktentwicklungen \u00fcberf\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Innovation Begins in Dialogue<\/strong><br \/>\nThe personal exchange on site \u2013 represented by our Managing Partner Sascha Schwindt \u2013 was decisive: in direct dialogue with brand representatives, developers, and material experts, we were able not only to present our technological capabilities but also to define new fields of application in concrete terms.<\/p>\n<p>Ein aktuelles Beispiel: Unsere neueste Entwicklung f\u00fcr transparentes Glassine-Papier erm\u00f6glicht es, auf Kunststofffenster in Kosmetikverpackungen zu verzichten \u2013 ohne Einbu\u00dfen bei der Produktsichtbarkeit. Eine L\u00f6sung, die nicht nur im Beauty-Bereich neue Perspektiven er\u00f6ffnet, sondern bereits erste Anwendungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie findet: etwa bei Br\u00f6tchent\u00fcten mit transparenten Zonen, die Einblick gew\u00e4hren und dazu beitragen k\u00f6nnen, das Diebstahlrisiko zu verringern und den Kassiervorgang zu vereinfachen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Strong Alliance for Fiber-Based Solutions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Pulp In Action consortium pursues a clear goal: to actively shape the transformation toward fiber-based packaging solutions in the cosmetics industry \u2013 not someday, but now.<\/p>\n<p>Im Mittelpunkt stehen funktionale Anforderungen wie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wasserabweisung<\/li>\n<li>Barrieren gegen Wasserdampf, Fl\u00fcssigkeiten und Sauerstoff<\/li>\n<li>Auslegung auf Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit und Kompostierbarkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Bootcamps kamen 12 globale Kosmetikmarken mit 16 technologieorientierten Partnerunternehmen zusammen \u2013 in mehr als 30 Workshops, Materialtests und Strategiesitzungen. Diese intensive, praxisnahe Zusammenarbeit bildet die Grundlage f\u00fcr echte Innovationen, die den Weg von der Idee zur Marktreife entscheidend verk\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Contribution: Functional Barriers<\/strong><br \/>\nWith our SiOPack\u00ae technology, we deliver functional barriers for fiber-based packaging \u2013 designed with recyclability in mind. The ultra-thin, silicon dioxide-based coatings offer water- and oil-repellent properties; food-contact suitability is assessed for each application.<\/p>\n<p>Ein zentrales Thema in den Gespr\u00e4chen mit potenziellen Partnern war der Mehrwert unserer L\u00f6sungen im Bereich Abriebfestigkeit und Oberfl\u00e4chenschutz, insbesondere f\u00fcr Formfaserverpackungen \u2013 ein Feld, in dem wir gemeinsam mit der Industrie viel erreichen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Looking Ahead:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe consortium&#8217;s declared goal is to bring market-ready concepts and the first industrial applications on their way by the end of 2025.
