Un nouveau rapport scientifique alimente l&rsquo;espoir d&rsquo;un succ\u00e8s durable dans la lutte contre les germes dangereux des h\u00f4pitaux. Dans le contexte d&rsquo;une augmentation dramatique des infections par les agents pathog\u00e8nes MRSA en Allemagne, le biologiste dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de Saarbr\u00fccken, Dr. Thomas Jahns, a analys\u00e9 le \u00ab\u00a0potentiel des surfaces antimicrobiennes pour r\u00e9duire la transmission des agents pathog\u00e8nes\u00a0\u00bb dans un article scientifique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la finition antimicrobienne avec une solution \u00e0 base de verre liquide, la charge microbienne sur les sols, les meubles, les poign\u00e9es de porte et les interrupteurs a diminu\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 95 pour cent. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de tels pathog\u00e8nes, qui peuvent particuli\u00e8rement mettre en danger les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, et la propagation croissante du Norovirus hautement contagieux, l&rsquo;AWO se pr\u00e9pare maintenant \u00e0 utiliser \u00ab\u00a0Bacterlon<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0\u00bb dans d&rsquo;autres maisons de retraite.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital d&rsquo;Ottawa, suite \u00e0 un test pilote r\u00e9ussi, il est \u00e9galement envisag\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre l&rsquo;utilisation des produits en verre liquide de Nanopool. Dans la capitale canadienne, des recherches approfondies ont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 un lit de patient, une table de chevet et des poign\u00e9es de porte, entre autres, pour les tests. Les scientifiques de l&rsquo;Institut Idexx ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de diverses bact\u00e9ries de 69 \u00e0 100 pour cent.
