Para os produtores de vinho, \u00e9 um problema mundial que tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o pode ser resolvido com rolhas de vidro ou de pl\u00e1stico. Falamos do chamado gosto a rolha. A empresa Nanopool, sediada no Saarland, oferece agora pela primeira vez uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora para o problema da rolha.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo estimativas da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, os preju\u00edzos a n\u00edvel europeu causados pelo gosto a mofo da rolha no vinho ascendem a cerca de 500 milh\u00f5es de euros por ano. Produtores e consumidores temem igualmente o chamado vinho \u201ccom gosto a rolha\u201d. A principal causa do cl\u00e1ssico odor a mofo da rolha \u00e9 considerada o 2,4,6-tricloroanisol (TCA). Este composto tem um odor extremamente intenso e bastam algumas mil\u00e9simas milion\u00e9simas de grama por litro de ar para estragar o bom sabor do vinho. Tanto o historial de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da rolha como o historial do pr\u00f3prio vinho podem desencadear este odor a mofo. O setor vitivin\u00edcola procura solu\u00e7\u00f5es h\u00e1 muitos anos. Mas nem as c\u00e1psulas de rosca nem as rolhas de vidro ou de pl\u00e1stico conseguiram at\u00e9 agora impor-se.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa Nanopool, sediada no Saarland, oferece agora uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e3o simples quanto engenhosa. A empresa conseguiu desenvolver uma camada ultrafina que \u00e9 aplicada na superf\u00edcie da rolha antes do engarrafamento. A nanocamada atua de duas formas. Em primeiro lugar, foi concebida para atuar contra determinados tipos de fungos do bolor que causam o odor a rolha. Em segundo lugar, foi concebida para imobilizar os compostos de fenol e cloroanisol j\u00e1 formados durante o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da rolha, antes do engarrafamento, e reduzir a sua extra\u00e7\u00e3o para o vinho.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto \u00e0 fiabilidade deste m\u00e9todo, Ralf J\u00fcrgens, engenheiro s\u00e9nior da Nanopool GmbH, remete para numerosos estudos: \u201cRealiz\u00e1mos testes microbiol\u00f3gicos e investiga\u00e7\u00f5es em institutos acreditados, que confirmam todos o efeito antimicrobiano do revestimento nanopool.\u201d Os revestimentos s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de aplicar e podem ser utilizados em qualquer unidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de rolhas ou por produtores de vinho e engarrafadores.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor-geral da empresa, Sascha Schwindt, salienta expressamente a seguran\u00e7a alimentar do revestimento: \u201cO produto cumpre naturalmente os requisitos de qualidade alimentar e n\u00e3o tem qualquer influ\u00eancia na matura\u00e7\u00e3o nem no sabor do vinho. A camada \u00e9 invis\u00edvel e tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o se sente. O toque da rolha n\u00e3o \u00e9 alterado de forma alguma.
